Guests must present a major credit card (debit cards not accepted) and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. You are not eligible if you have previously toured the sponsoring resort developing company within 12 months. No "group" tours will be accepted (more than one couple traveling together). All packages sold are subject to availability and acceptance by the host resort. During peak time periods surcharges may apply. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed will incur a "no show" charge $79.00 fee for hotel rooms, $129.00 for 1-bedroom resort rooms, $169.00 for 2-bedroom resort rooms and $199.00 for 3-bedroom resort rooms.. Groups may not schedule their promotional vacation for the same time. Couples who schedule their promotions for the same time may be held responsible for the cost of the gifts and accommodation charges at the normal nightly rate, (up to $350 depending on the season) as well as forfeiting any advance payments. Groups include two or more couples or families traveling on separate preview packages to the resort area during the same time period.

Hotel Accommodations are subject to availability. It is DiscountOrlandoVacation.info’s intention to provide you with your requested accommodations. Some resorts confirm requests at the time of booking and others assign hotels at the time of arrival. DiscountOrlandoVacation.info will work on your behalf to secure accommodations for the specific dates that you requested. In order to do this, DiscountOrlandoVacation.info reserves the right to find alternative accommodations for your party size and/or change your package to an alternative sponsoring resort in the same city in order to find you accommodations.

Cancellation Policy: The guest may cancel their package up to three business days (Monday to Friday) prior to arrival and there is a $39.00 cancellation fee. The guest may reschedule their package up to three business days (Monday to Friday) prior to arrival and there is a $25.00 reschedule fee. Cancellations or reschedules received within three business days, are subject to the following fees: $79.00 fee for hotel rooms, $129.00 for 1-bedroom resort rooms, $169.00 for 2-bedroom resort rooms and $199.00 for 3-bedroom resort rooms.

The first is for the package and the second is for the actual accommodations. Do not travel until you are issued a second confirmation number for the accommodations. Cohabiting couples must prove cohabitation by having identification with matching addresses on them and have one partner that has a minimum income of $ $50,000 . • At check-in, the resort requires the guest to show 2 forms of identification: a driver's license and credit card.
• Upon check in at the Visitor's Information Center , guests will be required to confirm guest qualifications with the resort personnel. The resort may refuse accommodations to those guests not meeting the stated qualifications. At check-in, the resort will attempt to honor hotel preference, if any.
• BOTH PARTIES MUST SHOW PHOTO ID.
• BOTH PARTIES MUST SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

The number of guests staying in the hotel must be specified in the reservation and is subject to the maximum occupancy of the specific hotel room. Non-Qualified Guests / Guests Who Fail to Attend the Presentation:
Guests that do not qualify for this promotion must call TNTResorts Customer Service department immediately. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the package price. In the event that guests travel and the host resort determines they are not qualified or ineligible for the promotion, guests will be responsible for the retail rate of gift(s), room cost(s), and a $200 processing fee. Guests who fail to attend the presentation agree to pay retail cost of the room(s), gift(s), and a $200 processing fee.
